Federico Baradello is the Founder & CEO of Finalis, the leading AI-powered system of record for the global private capital markets. A former M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, where he led transactions totaling over $10 billion, Federico left the firm to solve one of the industry’s most enduring problems: the absence of modern infrastructure to support compliant, data-driven private market transactions.
Federico holds degrees from Princeton, Harvard, the London School of Economics, and UC Berkeley School of Law. His career reflects deep expertise at the intersection of regulatory complexity, transaction execution, and technology innovation. Today, he leads Finalis in building a platform that is transforming how private capital is sourced, transacted, and understood.
