FirstEurope

FirstEurope is a New York based investment bank that provides corporate finance and capital raising services to startups, small, medium, and large multinational companies based in the United States and Europe. Our services include domestic and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions transactions; strategic target scouting; joint ventures; access to the private or public debt and equity capital markets; feasibility studies; and private company equity valuations. Our principals are licensed investment representatives and are fully compliant with FINRA and SEC requirements through their registration with the Finalis Securities platform.

Mission Statement

FirstEurope, as a global investment bank, asserts that relations between U.S. and Europe must be strengthened to establish stability in the international economies. This can be accomplished, in part, by a more liberal flow of capital and investment between the two regions. The post COVID-19 pandemic forged the emergence of far-reaching business relationships through the intensified use of telecommunications technology that resulted in shortened distances of doing business around the globe. We believe that small/medium-sized companies that show great growth potential in Europe are significantly underserviced and lack adequate access to the capital markets in their own countries. A mismatch of risk and the creditworthiness of smaller growing companies exists in numerous European markets. The disproportionate amount of bank lending supplementing the shortcoming in the capital markets generates a high percentage of non-performing loans which remains an overhanging issue in the European financial community. FirstEurope’s Principals and Advisors bring an exceptional set of skills to European companies to provide them with access to risk investment in the private and public debt and equity markets.

Customers

FirstEurope’s customers are comprised of a broad range of international companies that seek to restructure, sell, or acquire businesses for expansion, growth, internationalization, efficiency, or succession. They generate revenues between €10m to €300m, have proprietary technology, and are equipped with management that is capable of communicating and growing in international markets.
We generate transactions by cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior corporate management and government officials who trust in our ability to facilitate growth. FirstEurope analyzes industry sectors and develops growth strategies for companies to optimize their entry into the most politically stable and promising geographic areas of economic expansion. We emphasize customer relationships and provide our clients with aftermarket support in a variety of desired services. Our aim is to ensure successful ongoing concerns that will not only generate profits but sustain gainfully employed workers in domestic and international markets.

Our advisors are industry experts, speak multiple languages and have served extensive senior management assignments abroad. The broad international exposure of our principals and advisors has uniquely equipped and positioned FirstEurope with a team of professionals that have an in-depth understanding of international business environments and cultures. Furthermore, the team’s ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages facilitates transparent interaction with counterparties that increases the probability of successful transactions.

FirstEurope’s has a successful track record of closing M&A transactions between not only Italy and the United States, but also transactions involving Indian, Romanian, other European counties and the U.S. capital markets. FirstEurope generally conducts the essential research, due diligence and negotiation process to successfully provide issuers, at any stage of corporate growth, with private debt or equity financing.
The Company maintains well-established relationships with Family Offices, Venture Capital, Private Equity and lending institutions that regularly fund FirstEurope’s investment opportunities. To broaden its investor reach, FirstEurope structures and operates in a manner to enable it to collaborate with other Broker-Dealers that exhibit superior sector expertise so that securities placements can be more effectively completed through already established buy-side relationships. This also facilitates the ability to raise ‘smart money’ which can often provide benefits to the investee entity far beyond mere capital requirements.
FirstEurope offers its investor base opportunities to strategically diversify its corporate portfolio internationally by offering geographically diverse private equity investment opportunities from time to time.
FirstEurope’s corporate finance advisory services also offers carefully selected strategic acquisitions or joint venture partners to facilitate corporate expansion. It also can generate opportunities to realize optimal gains through the disposal of company assets.
Members of FirstEurope’s team are credit trained and certified in private company valuation and provide advantageous corporate balance sheet analysis and restructuring that can optimize financial performance. The company collaborates closely with firms that are experts in private valuations and may supervise the outsource of valuation activity.
FirstEurope has analyzed and developed corporate channels of distribution, logistics and supply chains for its clients. It has advised companies in operation research to optimize production efficiency.
FirstEurope locates and recruits international and domestic senior level corporate management, either transitional or permanent.
