Federico holds degrees from Princeton, Harvard, the London School of Economics, and UC Berkeley School of Law. His career reflects deep expertise at the intersection of regulatory complexity, transaction execution, and technology innovation. Today, he leads Finalis in building a platform that is transforming how private capital is sourced, transacted, and understood.
